All fees are per visit and include the basic interior and exterior checks.
Rates are based on homes and condo's up to 2500 sq. feet.
$10.00 additional charge for each additional 1000 sq. feet.
Additional services will be billed at $30.00 per hour to include travel time, with one hour minimum charge.
