Seasonal Opening/Closing:
Services include opening and airing out the house, turning on lights and water heater, adjusting thermostat and curtains/blinds, clearing sidewalks, porches and decks of debris. Closing home for season include removal of perishable goods, resetting temperature controls, setting out and retrieving recycle and trash bins and housekeeping and laundry services.
Winterizing home services include draining all waterlines, closing supply lines, set thermostats, nontoxic antifreeze in all sinks & tubs.
